We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and a strong interest in building a career in the HR and recruitment industry.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while working closely with internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and evaluate suitability.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain recruitment turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Comfortable working with recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
