Purpose of the Role
1.Responsible for the inspection of all incoming parts from in house produced components to meet the standards and system required
2.Monitoring the production line and doing periodic quality control checks
3.Planning and execution of Calibration activities
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Monitoring conduct process audit at shop floor
Maintain Calibration of instruments as per schedule at ERP
Read component drawings and tolerances and understand the specification
Having knowledge on Customer component FAI documentation
Creating and reading and analyzing CMM reports and guiding production supervisors for correction in CNC machinery and programming
Knowledge on Root cause analysis , corrective and preventive action for Non- Conformities ( Rework & Rejection )
Prepare and maintain inspection templates and SOP for Ih house items
Conduct audit, creating audits findings reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
