As a part of the core development team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing state of the art web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for high-availability, mission-critical systems.
- Implement secure coding practices and integrate security features into all application modules.
- Collaborate with QA and security teams to ensure applications meet VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) readiness standards.
- Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and performance tuning.
- Work with product and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with industry security and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with Spring, Hibernate, Kafka and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of application security best practices, OWASP Top 10, and secure authentication/authorization methods.
- Experience working with VAPT findings and remediations.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and multi-tier architectures.
- Knowledge of database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and performance optimization.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and automated security testing is a plus.
