Experience:
4-8 Years
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan and monitor daily production activities
✔ Coordinate with design, quality, and assembly teams
✔ Ensure production targets are achieved on time
✔ Optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency
✔ Monitor quality standards and reduce production defects
✔ Prepare production reports and maintain documentation
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and 5S practices
✔ Support continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Experience:
- Tool Room & Automation Industry
- Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)
- Jigs & Fixtures Manufacturing
- VMC-based Manufacturing Environment
- Production Planning & Process Improvement
