Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve guests professionally in restaurant / banquet areas
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks as per hotel standards
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Assist guests with menu recommendations and requests
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards
Handle guest complaints politely and report to supervisor
Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Positive attitude and teamwork
Experience in hotel/restaurants preferred
Qualification
Any degree or diploma in hotel management preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
