Job Summary:
We are hiring an Engineer/Executive – Project Purchase to manage procurement, vendor coordination, and supply chain activities for refrigeration and cold storage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ and analyze purchase requirements
- Generate enquiries & techno-commercial comparisons
- Create and release purchase orders
- Follow up for timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters & internal teams
- Maintain vendor records and handle billing/documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement
- Knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems (preferred)
- Understanding of P&ID, drawings & materials
- Good MS Office and communication skills
