Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and execute Industrial And commercial, and turnkey construction projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, execution, client coordination, quality control, contractor management, billing coordination, and timely project delivery while ensuring safety and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial, industrial, warehouse, and interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings and ensure execution as per approved specifications.
- Monitor project quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare DPRs, progress reports, work schedules, and client updates.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, BOQs, and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement, billing, electrical, and MEP teams.
- Resolve technical and site execution issues efficiently.
- Monitor project budgets and control material wastage.
- Ensure proper documentation including site records, inspections, and handover documents.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, structural, and interior works.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, warehouse, and turnkey construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent project planning and team management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Good understanding of billing, BOQ, estimation, and project costing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
