Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimation & Planning Engineer with hands-on experience in High-Rise Residential Building Construction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand working drawings, BOQ, contract conditions, and project specifications.
- Prepare BOQ, tender documents, detailed estimates, and market rate analysis.
- Handle pre-tender and post-tender activities.
- Prepare client and contractor bills.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material planning and procurement.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with the site execution team.
- Prepare and monitor monthly billing status reports.
- Prepare Quantity Take-Off (QTO), BOQ, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project documentation.
- Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
Required Skills
- Experience in High-Rise Residential Building Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Billing, BOQ Preparation, and Planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for quantity extraction.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimation/Planning.
- Experience in high-rise residential projects is mandatory.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
