Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and process diagnosis for client organizations
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Assist in developing business strategies and execution plans
- Work with leadership teams to implement improvements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation
- Support project execution and follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Freshers with strong potential or candidates with prior consulting/management experience can apply
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of business systems and operations
- Basic understanding of finance and strategy
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Client-handling skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
