About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Licensing & Product Approvals team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in product development, merchandising, operations, project coordination, artwork management, or documentation.
No prior experience in the licensing industry is required. We provide complete training on licensing processes and approval systems. We are looking for someone who is organized, quick to learn, and able to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Review product artwork, packaging, blueprints, layouts, and supporting documents before submission.
- Prepare and submit product approvals through licensors' online approval systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Sales to gather required information.
- Maintain approval trackers, documentation, and project records with high accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with international licensors and internal stakeholders via Microsoft Outlook.
- Ensure all submissions meet brand guidelines and are completed within required timelines.
- Track project status and follow up with internal teams to keep approvals moving.
- Identify errors or missing information before submissions and ensure documentation is complete.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Good internet research and online system navigation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software and business processes quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
