An HR Officer is responsible for managing daily human resource activities and supporting overall HR operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling recruitment and selection (job posting, screening, interviews)
- Managing employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Monitoring attendance, leave, and employee performance
- Coordinating payroll and benefits administration
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Organizing training and development programs
- Preparing HR reports, and presentations
- Supporting internal communication and employee engagement activities.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
