Job Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent inquiries professionally
- Counsel students regarding courses and programs
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Maintain records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, or admissions preferred
- Confidence in handling calls and face-to-face interactions
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or Kannada is an added advantage
