FareFuzz is a US-based premium travel agency headquartered in Fremont, California, specializing in discounted Business and First Class airfare for international travelers. We are expanding our Gurugram team and are looking for experienced travel professionals to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from US-based customers.
- Sell Business and First Class flight tickets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Book, modify, and manage international flight reservations.
- Provide fare quotations and recommend the best travel options based on customer requirements.
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including itinerary changes and cancellations.
- Build long-term customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with airline policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the US Travel Process.
- Prior experience handling flight bookings is mandatory.
- Experience selling or servicing Business & First Class flights is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in GDS Sabre.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
