Job Description:
NEN Pharma & Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Medical Coding Trainer to train students and healthcare professionals in Medical Coding concepts, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding guidelines. The trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom/online sessions, conducting assessments, providing certification guidance, and supporting candidates in placement preparation. The company provides medical coding and healthcare training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Medical Coding training sessions.
- Train candidates on ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and CPC concepts.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Provide interview and placement support.
- Stay updated with industry standards and coding guidelines.
Requirements:
- Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC (Preferred).
- Experience in Medical Coding and Training.
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Healthcare/Biotech/Life Sciences/Pharmacy background preferred.
Pay: ₹9,430.51 - ₹39,703.38 per month
