About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative, systematic, and trend-aware Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube. You will be the creative brain and the execution engine behind our channels—responsible for ideating, shooting, editing, and scheduling everything.
Crucial Requirement: Zero AI Policy We value authentic storytelling and original creativity. We have a strict zero-use policy for AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for caption writing, content planning, or design. We want your raw, original voice and genuine creative instincts.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Page Management: Manage, monitor, and maintain all brand pages (Instagram, FB, Threads, YouTube) ensuring consistent daily activity.
- Trend Spotting & Execution: Constantly monitor social media shifts, viral audio, and format trends, and instantly pivot them into original content tailored to our brand vibe.
- Reels & Video Creation: Script, shoot, and edit engaging Reels and short-form video content. High-quality video editing skills are a must.
- Graphic Design: Create visually cohesive stories, grid posts, and carousels using basic design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) to maintain a premium aesthetic.
- Copywriting: Write compelling, clean, and engaging captions that sound natural and premium—no robotic or generic AI text.
- Systematic Planning: Work highly systematically by building monthly content strategies and maintaining a strict, organized content calendar for seamless posting and scheduling.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience managing social handles and creating content (preferably for lifestyle, fashion, or home brands).
- Strong portfolio showing live Reels you have scripted, shot, and edited yourself.
- Proficiency in video editing apps (like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro) and basic graphic design.
- Exceptional organizational skills—someone who thrives on planning ahead rather than last-minute posting.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
