We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to manage product listings across major online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio. The ideal candidate should have experience in catalog management, listing optimization, image handling, and marketplace operations to ensure products are accurately listed and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio.
- Upload and manage product catalogs, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, and attributes.
- Optimize product listings using marketplace SEO and relevant keywords.
- Edit and resize product images according to marketplace guidelines.
- Upload size charts, A+ content, and brand assets where applicable.
- Ensure listings comply with each marketplace's catalog policies and image requirements.
- Update pricing, inventory, product descriptions, and other listing information.
- Fix listing errors, suppressed listings, and attribute-related issues.
- Create product variations (color, size, pattern, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, and content.
- Monitor listing quality and maintain catalog accuracy.
- Track listing approvals and resolve catalog-related support tickets with marketplaces.
- Maintain organized records of product data and listing status.
Required Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Myntra Partner Portal, and Ajio Seller Portal.
- Knowledge of product listing standards and marketplace guidelines.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
- Basic image editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
- Good written English for creating product content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple listings and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management.
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with bulk listing templates and catalog upload processes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML (for Amazon A+ content) is an advantage.
