- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within software solutions.
- Ability to design and implement scalable workflows and automation within ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to governance and compliance systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
