We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST filing,TDS, Reconsiliation, and financial reporting. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST return preparation, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments for financial compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).
- Experience with Tally Prime, SAP, ERP, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
