Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new franchise partners across India.
- Present the franchise model and convert qualified leads.
- Conduct franchise evaluations and coordinate agreement closures.
- Develop regional expansion strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for lead generation and franchise onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Track sales pipeline and share regular MIS/reports with management
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in franchise sales or business development (preferably in the education or healthcare sector).
- Strong understanding of franchise business models, financials, and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
