- Outbound & Inbound Communication: Making proactive calls to potential customers to generate interest and answering incoming calls to provide information or support.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Persuading customers to purchase products or services, and transferring qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Customer Support & Query Resolution:Addressing customer questions, complaints, or issues regarding products/services with professionalism.
- Data Management & Recording: Updating and maintaining accurate customer information, interaction logs, and database records in CRM software.
- Following Up: Following up on leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to call volume, call quality, or sales conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings to accurately explain features and benefits.
