The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with end corporate, global, mid-market, enterprise customers, and OEM’s business partners to build new business for the company. The candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making their year business plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy during their past tenures.
Position: Enterprise Business Manager (IT Infra Solutions Sales)
- English must be Fluent (Strong Communication and Presentation skills)
- Candidate should have experience in Solution selling i.e IT Infrastructure management services
- Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts
- Capability to translate the customer business issues into IT Infrastructure requirements
- Engage with the customer, identify triggers, Identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customer.
- Build and develop the business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer.
- Work with the consultants to understand the potential solutions, formulate a winning strategy.
- A good conceptual knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Server/Storage/Network/Middleware etc. & IT Service Management)
- Exposure to delivering consulting projects
- Together with the solution engineering team, interface and negotiate with the customer (finance and technical staff eg. CIO, CFO) and their consultants
- High degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must
- Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high pressure job
- Responsible for the sale of IT Infrastructure solutions (Data Centre/ Network/ Server/ Storage) in the enterprise segment in the region and achieve the sales revenue/targets
- Farming of existing accounts for expansion and upselling
- Developing and implementing B2B sales strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets
- Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to business problems, anticipating situations and needs and finding flexible answers to new situations; championing innovation to improve business performance
- Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality IT solution, timely delivery, and top-class support.
