Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on hospitality operations.
- Train candidates in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and basic Food Production.
- Conduct sessions on customer service, grooming, communication skills, and professional etiquette.
- Demonstrate standard operating procedures (SOPs) followed in the hospitality industry.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Assess trainees through written tests, practical demonstrations, and assignments.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring to improve trainee performance.
- Prepare trainees for interviews and workplace readiness.
- Ensure training complies with industry standards and organizational guidelines.
- Coordinate with placement teams to support trainee employment.
- Continuously update training content based on current hospitality industry trends.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
