Job role and responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Associates.
- Attending incoming & outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.
- Finding out their problems and should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
Work experience, qualification and skills:-
- FRESHER
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing (other degrees are not require).
- Fluent in English speaking.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and office.
Salary:- Rs.15,000 - 20,000/- per month + Incentives + benefits
Interview:- Interview will held in Face to Face mode only in Lucknow Head Office in week days.
