Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Support the sales team in strategic planning and execution of business growth initiatives.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
