Durga Hardware & Electricals (DHE) is a leading industrial solutions provider and authorized distributor of global brands like SKF and Festo, supplying bearings, power transmission products, industrial consumables and condition monitoring solutions to major manufacturing plants.
We are looking for dynamic Sales Engineers / Sales Executives who are passionate about industrial sales, customer relationships and technical solutions.
This role is ideal for Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical freshers or early career professionals who want to build a career in B2B industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit manufacturing plants and industrial customers in Bhiwadi and nearby industrial areas
- Promote industrial products such as bearings, lubrication systems, pneumatic products and reliability solutions
- Understand customer technical requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Generate new leads and develop new customers in manufacturing industries
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
- Maintain long-term relationships with maintenance and purchase teams at plants
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR B.Tech Mechanical (mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- 0–3 years experience in industrial sales / mechanical products / B2B sales preferred
- Basic understanding of bearings, mechanical components, or industrial equipment is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to industrial plants
