Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn company pages and leadership profiles.
- Create and publish 3–4 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week focused on recruitment, career growth, hiring trends, and employer branding.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Identify and connect with targeted professionals, job seekers, recruiters, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.
- Send 20–40 personalized LinkedIn connection requests daily.
- Initiate and manage professional conversations through LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify prospects and move interested candidates or clients to WhatsApp, email, or discovery calls.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential candidates and business prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and leads in a tracking sheet or CRM.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the management team to support candidate acquisition and business growth objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, outreach, and organic growth.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn networking strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience creating engaging content for LinkedIn.
- Ability to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads effectively.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, career services, HR consulting, B2B services, or professional services is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and outreach tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
