We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, handling customer queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. ## Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to potential customers. * Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally. * Explain products and services clearly to customers. * Generate and follow up on sales leads. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes. * Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets. * Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department. * Build and maintain good customer relationships. ## Required Skills * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Good listening and convincing abilities. * Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency. * Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
