Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
· Own the annual marketing plan, budget and execution calendar for all business verticals.
· Build AVI's brand visibility across target markets and customer segments.
· Ensure consistent branding, communication and positioning across all channels.
· Support business expansion into new states, products and market segments.
2. Lead Generation & Demand Creation
· Own lead generation targets for Residential Rooftop, Commercial Rooftop and future segments.
· Design and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
· Develop referral programs, customer outreach campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns and lead nurturing systems.
· Support sales teams with a continuous flow of qualified leads.
· Track lead quality, conversion rates and marketing ROI.
3. Digital Marketing Management
· Manage website, SEO, SEM, social media and paid advertising.
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize spending.
· Build AVI's online reputation through reviews, testimonials and case studies.
· Stay updated on platform changes, marketing trends and new technologies.
4. Content Creation & Communication
· Oversee creation of brochures, catalogues, presentations, videos, case studies and social media content.
· Develop educational content for customers, channel partners and internal teams.
· Manage all corporate communications and brand messaging.
· Ensure content supports both brand building and lead generation objectives.
5. Graphic Design & Creative Management
· Lead the design function for all online and offline marketing activities.
· Review and approve all marketing creatives before release.
· Develop dealer, franchise, CSC and sales support materials.
· Maintain AVI brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
6. Offline Marketing & Events
· Plan exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches and awareness campaigns.
· Manage outdoor branding activities including hoardings, kiosks and vehicle branding.
· Support state teams with local marketing initiatives.
· Measure lead generation and brand impact from events.
7. Network Development & Vendor Management
· Maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, influencers and event organizers.
· Develop an industry network that can support both online and offline marketing initiatives.
· Manage vendors, agencies, printers and branding partners.
· Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor performance.
8. Team Management & Structure Optimization
· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
· Establish reporting systems, dashboards and performance tracking mechanisms.
· Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations and Management teams.
· Ensure timely execution of all marketing projects and campaigns.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
