Job Overview
CareIO Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies to lead our software development team and drive the successful delivery of technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical leadership skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to manage projects, teams, and client expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage software development teams.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements.
- Review system architecture, code quality, and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Identify technical risks and implement effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technology adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Technical Manager role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- C#
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- SQL Server
- REST APIs and Web Services
- Microsoft Azure Services
- Experience in application deployment and management on Azure.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale applications and distributed teams.
