We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze requirements,
and propose effective solutions that enhance business processes. You will bridge the gap between business
objectives and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Business Requirements & Documentation: Gather, define, and document business needs including functional and non-functional requirements.

Process Optimization & Analysis: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Data Evaluation & Insights: Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Solution Development: Work with product and technical teams to align business needs with solutions.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Technical Documentation: Maintain BRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Testing & QA Support: Assist in test planning and UAT validation.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in requirement gathering.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in data analysis for business decision-making.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in writing BRDs, functional specifications, and process maps.

Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.

Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Visio.
