Role & responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for engineering/manufacturing unit
- Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and separation
- Statutory compliance with labor laws and factory regulations
- Payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration
- Industrial relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
- Contract labor management and contractor compliance
- Performance management and training coordination
- Employee engagement, welfare, and culture initiatives
- HR audits, documentation, and MIS reporting
- Support management in HR strategy and policy implementation
Preferred candidate profile:
- Master degree in HR
- Should be local from Vadodara

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
