We are looking for a creative, smart, and trend-aware Social Media Manager to join our growing fashion eCommerce team. Both freshers/interns and experienced candidates can apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan and schedule engaging content for fashion and clothing products
- Create reels, captions, stories, and promotional content
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing team
- Research social media trends, viral content ideas, and competitors
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness
- Handle influencer collaborations and UGC content
- Run basic social media ad campaigns and promotions
- Monitor insights, analytics, and monthly performance reports
- Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across platforms
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & other social platforms
- Creative mindset with good fashion sense and branding knowledge
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing software
- Good English communication and caption-writing skills
- Knowledge of hashtags, trends, audience engagement, and content planning
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Social Media Marketing is a plus
- Experience with clothing, fashion, or eCommerce brands preferred
- International brand handling experience will be a strong advantage
Eligibility
- Fresher to 3 years experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience with fashion or retail clothing brands preferred
- Portfolio or social media work samples preferred during interview
- Must have experience handling social media accounts with 50K+ to 100K+ followers
- Experience managing engagement, reach, influencer collaborations, and viral campaigns for fashion/eCommerce brands preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
