Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our footwear manufacturing business. This role involves payroll, statutory compliance, employee management, and administrative coordination across the factory and office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and statutory filings & returns
- Maintain employee salary records and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and assist during audits
2. Leave & Attendance Management
- Monitor attendance, shifts, and leave records
- Implement and manage leave policies
- Coordinate with departments to resolve attendance issues
3. Employee Benefits & Claims
- Manage reimbursement claims and employee settlements
- Handle group medical insurance for employees
- Manage factory insurance policies and renewals
- Address employee queries related to benefits
4. Travel & Administration
- Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.)
- Support administrative coordination for office and factory
5. Compliance & Certifications
- Ensure compliance under the Factory Act and labour regulations
- Manage documentation and coordination for SEDEX / social audits
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and authorities
6. Performance Management
- Implement and track KRA & KPI systems
- Support performance reviews and reporting
- Work with management to improve workforce productivity
7. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in hiring for factory and office roles
- Coordinate interviews and documentation
- Manage onboarding and induction
8. Employee Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes
- Support engagement activities and welfare initiatives
- Maintain HR policies and employee records
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
- 3 – 6 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, Factory Act
- Familiarity with SEDEX / audit compliance is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay: ₹10,860.48 - ₹33,194.68 per month
