About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Associate who can work closely with the leadership team to drive business initiatives, improve operational efficiency, support client engagements, and execute strategic priorities.
This role offers an opportunity to work directly with the founder and gain exposure across business strategy, consulting operations, client management, research, and growth initiatives in the food technology and consulting space.
The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, problem solver, and self-driven professional who can take ownership of projects and ensure timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office & Business Operations
- Work closely with the founder to track, coordinate, and execute key business priorities.
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare business updates, reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
- Maintain action trackers and ensure timely follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders.
Client & Project Coordination
- Support client communication, project tracking, and engagement management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and partners for smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, documentation, and client deliverables.
Business Research & Growth Support
- Conduct market research on food industry trends, competitors, emerging categories, and business opportunities.
- Support business development activities through lead research and opportunity analysis.
- Assist in developing growth strategies, partnerships, and new business initiatives.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational workflows.
- Create and maintain SOPs, trackers, and process documentation.
- Support implementation of systems for better visibility and execution.
Special Projects
- Take ownership of assigned projects involving business expansion, partnerships, operations, or technology adoption.
- Work on cross-functional assignments requiring independent thinking and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, founder’s office, project management, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and business documentation.
