Job Description – Spare Parts Executive
Company: BMW Showroom
Location: Ormanjhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle spare parts counter operations and customer queries.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, and parts ordering.
- Coordinate with workshop and service advisors for parts requirements.
- Prepare invoices, GRN, and maintain spare parts records.
- Monitor fast-moving and non-moving parts stock.
- Ensure timely dispatch and proper storage of spare parts.
- Maintain accuracy in DMS/ERP entries and reporting.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile spare parts department.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, DMS, billing software).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in premium/luxury automobile brands will be preferred.
Qualification:
- ITI/ Diploma/ Graduation preferred.
