Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Biology Teacher to deliver engaging Biology sessions for students of Grades VI to X under the NEET/JEE Foundation Program. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire students through innovative teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology concepts aligned with the school curriculum and NEET Foundation syllabus.
- Develop and deliver interactive lesson plans for Grades VI–X.
- Conduct classroom sessions using activity-based and concept-oriented teaching methods.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessments.
- Train students for Olympiads, Scholarship Exams, and NEET Foundation programs.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial classes.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with school management and academic coordinators.
- Participate in faculty training programs, meetings, and curriculum planning.
- Integrate digital teaching tools, presentations, and multimedia resources into classroom instruction.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Biology/Botany/Zoology/Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Strong academic background in Biology.
Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/State Board schools preferred.
- Experience in NEET/JEE Foundation or competitive exam coaching is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Biology.
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smart Boards, and digital teaching platforms.
