We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager for the Furniture Hardware industry.
Roles &Responsibility :
- Drive sales growth in the assigned region
- Develop and manage dealers/distributors
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and furniture manufacturers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in furniture hardware ( Modular Kitchen & Furniture Hardware)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the region
- Self-motivated and target-driven
