What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and ensure a welcoming experience
- Attend and route incoming calls, messages, and emails appropriately
- Keep track of visitor entries and manage reception area activities
- Assist with routine office coordination and documentation tasks
- Handle small cash expenses, maintain records, and support basic reporting
- Arrange travel logistics including flight tickets, hotel bookings, and schedules
- Coordinate internal meeting arrangements, manage booking of meeting spaces, travell bookings and arrangements.
- Oversee availability of office supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth office functioning
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in reception, or office coordination roles
- Clear communication skills and a polite, professional manner
- Comfort working with basic tools such as MS Office and email platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising accuracy
- Familiarity with handling expenses or cash records is beneficial
- Prior exposure to travel bookings or coordination will be an added advantage
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
