Marketing Coordinator – ExtraSchool Competition & Cognito Abacus Job Title Marketing Coordinator – ExtraSchool Competition & Cognito Abacus Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for promoting ExtraSchool Competitions and Cognito Abacus programs by building relationships with schools, increasing student participation, organizing promotional activities, and achieving enrolment and registration targets. Key Responsibilities Visit schools to introduce ExtraSchool competitions and Cognito Abacus programs. Meet Principals, Headmasters, Coordinators, and teachers to explain the benefits of the programs. Generate leads and obtain approvals from schools. Conduct orientation sessions, demos, and awareness programs for students and parents. Coordinate competition registrations and student enrolments. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. Distribute brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing materials. Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry records, and follow-up schedules. Build long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions. Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth program implementation. Achieve monthly registration and admission targets. Represent the organization professionally during all school visits and events. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Experience in educational marketing or school relations is an advantage. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
