Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to support our branding, marketing, and digital communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and storytelling goals. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos for marketing, social media, and internal communication
- Create promotional, product, educational, and brand storytelling videos
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to understand content requirements
- Add effects, graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design as required
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, ads, etc.)
- Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files
- Stay updated with video trends, formats, and editing techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media Studies, Film Making, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in video editing or multimedia production
- Experience in handling brand, product, or digital marketing videos preferred
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color correction
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of social media video formats and trends
