The Trainer – Logistics & Supply Chain Management will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing course content and learning modules, and conducting workshops focused on logistics operations, supply chain management, and industry best practices. The role involves engaging with learners, identifying and addressing skill gaps, and integrating current industry trends and advancements into training sessions. Additional responsibilities include evaluating training effectiveness, mentoring participants, and supporting students and professionals in achieving their learning and certification goals in the field of logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and related concepts Proven experience in delivering training, workshops, and instructional sessions Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Effective curriculum development and content creation abilities Ability to analyze and address skill gaps in supply chain management Experience with next-generation technologies and tools relevant to the supply chain industry Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, or PMP) are a plus
Pay: From ₹1,500.00 per hour
