Job Summary
We are looking for a Financial Analyst with strong expertise in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and Power BI. The candidate will support business decision-making through financial planning, reporting, dashboard creation, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage MIS reports and business performance dashboards.
- Analyze financial data, KPIs, and business trends.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Provide actionable insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or MIS Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- MBA in Finance preferred.
- Prior experience with a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) is highly preferred.
- Experience in Quick Commerce/E-commerce industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
