Telecalling Executive (Real Estate)
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to handle assigned leads and convert enquiries into successful bookings. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining project details for layouts, resale properties, villas, apartments, and other real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, and arranging site visits in coordination with the sales team. The role requires continuous follow-up with clients through every stage of the sales cycle until booking and property registration are successfully completed. The candidate must maintain accurate customer records, update follow-up status and remarks in the CRM system, coordinate with Sales, CRM, Documentation, and Registration teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Strong communication skills, excellent follow-up ability, customer relationship management skills, and practical knowledge of CRM software are essential. Experience in the real estate industry with the ability to achieve lead conversion and site visit targets will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
