Job Summary:
SJ Furnitec is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and manage sales operations, customer engagement, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telecalling activities and lead generation.
- Attend and convert walk-in customers into sales.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.
- Manage daily sales operations and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with project and retail sales teams.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Manage social media platforms for business promotion.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in furniture, interior, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of social media handling and digital marketing basics.
- Ability to work independently and lead sales activities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
