The Technology Services Group (TSG) is responsible for ensuring consistent technology infrastructure and a standard set of tools and applications across our Asset Management business.
The Senior Analyst will be part of a dynamic team responsible for Investor Applications operations and growth.
You will be providing exceptional service to various business groups across our A sset M anagement business by delivering new solutions and enhancements to support business growth while managing business as usual tasks to support core business applications.
This position requires advanced knowledge of the Asset Management industry , including Institutional and Wealth distribution channels along with technical skills to be able to configure applications, build integrations, and deliver complex solutions.
Lead the configuration, customization, and ongoing management of Brookfield’s Salesforce environments, preferably within a Financial Services context.
Own and execute a broad range of tasks, including support for service tickets, enhancement requests, and project deliverables.
Lead the full development lifecycle—design, build, test, document, and deploy solutions with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.
Engage constructively in team discussions, fostering an open environment where ideas, concerns, and feedback are shared and considered respectfully.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proficiency in SOAP/REST web services and API-based integrations , including design, implementation, and troubleshooting of cross-platform data flows.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Solid understanding of Agile software development methodology , including experience participating in sprints, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
