Key Responsibilities
* Develop, customize, and maintain **ERP software solutions**
* Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
* Develop and integrate ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, CRM, HR & Reporting**
* Customize ERP workflows according to client requirements
* Integrate **APIs, third-party applications, payment gateways & communication tools**
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ERP applications
* Work closely with **Business Analysts, Sales Teams and Clients**
* Manage database design, queries, reports and system performance
* Participate in ERP implementation, testing and deployment
* Provide technical support and continuous improvements
Required Skills
**Strong knowledge of **ERP architecture & business processes**
**Experience in **ERP customization/development**
**Good knowledge of **SQL & Database Management**
**Experience with **APIs & third-party integrations**
**Knowledge of **Web Technologies / Backend Development**
**Understanding of modules like **Inventory, Accounting, Sales & Purchase**
**Problem-solving & analytical skills.
**Good communication and teamwork.
Preferred Experience
Experience with **Pharmacy ERP, Hospital ERP, Retail ERP, Manufacturing ERP, CRM or SaaS products** will be an added advantage.
