Job Title: Salesforce Support Analyst
Experience: 3–7 Years
Role Overview : We are looking for a Salesforce Support Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce data handling tools and strong Excel expertise. The candidate will support ongoing Salesforce operations, perform data management activities, and create structured input datasets from multiple sources while adhering to ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and handle user queries/issues
Perform data upload, update, and extraction using Salesforce Data Loader
Utilize Salesforce Inspector for data analysis, troubleshooting, and quick fixed
Create data load input sheets by consolidating and transforming data from multiple sources
Manage and analyze data using Excel (advanced functions, data validation, reporting)
Ensure data accuracy and readiness before bulk uploads into Salesforce
Support incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system and data-related issues
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with defined standards
Hands-on experience with:
Salesforce Data Loader
Salesforce Inspector
Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
Strong ability to prepare and validate data load templates from diverse data sources
Understanding of Salesforce data model and basic administration
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in support/managed services environment
