Daily office documentation & file management Preparing and maintaining records, Excel sheets, and reports Handling emails, calls, and basic client follow-up Preparing quotations, letters, and basic office correspondence Coordinating with team members & vendors Supporting tender work (uploading documents, activation, scanning) — if applicable Maintaining office supplies and supporting admin tasks Any other task assigned by management
