You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements while facilitating seamless integration across various systems.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on integration strategies.
- Develop and document integration processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with API management and web services integration.
- Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Additional Information:
