JOB POST – ESTIMATION / PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project quotations and detailed cost estimates.
- Study BOQ, drawings and technical specifications.
- Calculate steel sheet, reinforcement, insulation, hardware and other material requirements.
- Prepare door-wise BOM.
- Calculate material and manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase and Production departments.
- Prepare production plans and material requirement sheets.
- Track production progress against project requirements.
- Maintain costing and estimation records.
- Assist management in developing new products and pricing.
Required Skills
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Production Engineering.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and sheet-metal products.
- Strong calculation and analytical skills.
- Experience in fire doors/steel doors will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
